Happy New Year! Octave off to a great start in 2025

Octave have made a solid start to 2025, having completed the full M&E stage 3-4 design of a large car showroom and workshop in London and issued for tender. Very challenging timescales but we did it. We have another, more local car dealership we designed in April 2024 starting on site which is very exciting!
We have also secured a small data centre AC and vent design at stage 5 for an M&E contractor and a full M&E design for an ongoing national rollout of a hot drinks retail/cafe unit where we have already completed projects in Leeds, Norwich, Belfast, Nottingham and Bristol.
