Carl completes day 3 of the "TOM" - Sustrans Cycle Trail 10 Miles
Long before Charlie was born they have provided our family with support and advice around Dilated Cardiomyopathy, after our niece was diagnosed with the condition when she was weeks old.
Their vision is that everyone affected by cardiomyopathy should lead long and fulfilling lives.
They are the specialist national charity for people affected by cardiomyopathy. They provide support and information services, work to raise awareness of the condition, campaign for better access to quality treatment and promote research.
Carl's 10 miles run today was hot and sweaty, but England's win against Germany spurred him on. He completed the run in 01:34:35.
Rest day tomorrow and back on it on Thursday where he will be getting dressed up to run the Otterspool Prom 5 Miler.
