16 Queens Avenue, Liverpool 

Queens Avenue is located south of Dale Street and East of Castle Street in Liverpool City Centre it is part of the Royal Insurance Building that started construction in 1896 and took 7 years until its opening in 1903. Parts of Queen’s Avenue was constructed before 1896 such as 16-18 Queen Avenue which was built in 1837-1839. 
 
Octave were appointed to do the full M&E design and oversee the installation at Royal insurance building 16-18 Queen Avenue. The building is Grade II Listed. The upper floors were converted to 15No apartments.
