Brunel Arms

Octave were appointed to provide the M & E Consultancy services for this project which planned to convert and extend a disused pub to create apartments. This scheme has been designed as supported accommodation for adults with disabilities and mental health problems. The residential accommodation is for vulnerable adults with learning and physical disabilities who may need occasional support in their daily lives. The aim of the scheme is to help those that are vulnerable to lead an independent life in good quality, well-equipped accommodation with access to on-site support as and when required.
