Octave were appointed to provide the M & E Consultancy services for this project which planned to convert this former public house in Crewe into nine residential units specifically designed to be supported living for vulnerable adults.

Working with the Design Team our Principal Engineers produced the RIBA Stage 2 M&E schedule, Scope of Works, calculated water and electricity loads and made subsequent applications.
Produced layouts for incoming services, including new water and electricity connections, sizes and locations of new meters, water schematic detailing flow rates, pipe size, means of isolation and backflow protection, and BT points.
