Octave have been appointed by Lyjon Construction, working in conjunction with Magenta Living to complete the M&E tender package for 50 x new dwellings as part of a new build affordable housing development.
We will provide the client with the full detailed design, drawings, specification, tender summary, designers risk assessment, SAP and EPC calculations.
The project includes, gas fired central heating & hot water, above ground drainage, ventilation, power, internal and external lighting, telecoms, fire & security systems.
We will see this project through tender, construction and snagging to handover.
