Octave have completed the M&E tender package for 10 x flats and 3 x town houses as part of a new build social housing development. We provided the client with the full detailed design, drawings, specification, tender summary, designers risk assessment, SAP and EPC calculations.
The project includes, gas fired central heating & hot water, above ground drainage, positive input ventilation, power, internal and external lighting, telecoms, fire & security systems and sitewide incoming utility services.
We have obtained utility quotations from United Utilities, Fulcrum Connections, BT, Scottish Power and Virgin Media which are all in place to ensure smooth budgeting and programming.
We will see this project through tender, construction and snagging to handover.
