The Chapel, Manchester

The Chapel, Manchester Royal Infirmary is a Grade II Listed building which has stood empty since around 1990. From this point in time it is understood that all building services were disconnected. There was no access to the mezzanine due to the fragile state of the structure.
Octave Design Services Ltd were appointed to investigate the current state of the
building services and to recommend basic measures in order for the building to be retained in
a “mothballed” state until further notice.
