Octave were appointed to provide the M&E design for fitout of Venus 217 building in Knowsley.
This BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated building built in 2017 features full air conditioning and heat recovery ventilation to the offices, new zoned LPHW heating to the canteen area, toilet extract and above ground drainage works. We provided a complete design and tender package.
